Question: Do you know of a free colon cleansing method that I can use? I am on a fixed income and don’t think I can afford any of the systems I see advertised. Thank you so much for your help.

Answer: To get a free or low cost colon cleansing there are several things you can do which will improve your overall colon health.

The first thing to do is to change your diet. Foods that are high in fiber will assist in cleansing your colon. Since you will be replacing other foods with these foods the cost should remain about the same.

The other thing to do is look for an herbal supplement called psyllium husk. This is an all natural herbal supplement that is one of the main ingredients in many commercial colon cleansing systems. This can often be found online for a fraction of the cost you would pay for a colon cleansing system.

Lastly you should take a look at some systems. A good one is called Colonix and may be a lot less expensive than you think. Also after your colon is cleansed you may realize that the price you paid for the system is well worth the healthier feeling you will have after cleansing your colon.
