Question: Is it safe to do an intestinal cleanse away from home? I mean I’ve seen some of those pictures and can’t imagine passing that at work or something. How does this work, do people take time off to colon cleanse?

Answer: You do not need to take time off of work in order to undergo an intestinal cleanse. This is the first time we have seen this question, and it is a good one.

The pictures do indicate that a colon cleansing program should not be used if you need to be away from your bathroom for more than a few minutes, but this is not the case.

For the first couple of days you may feel a more intense urge to go to the bathroom, but it will not be a race to the bathroom every five minutes.

When you do begin to pass the more exotic looking feces it will not be a big production like in a movie it will be a bowel movement of about the sane time and length as all of your previous bowel movements with a slightly different result.

We do not recommend fishing it out and taking a picture of it while at work however as this could be awkward to explain if someone walked in on you.
