The first, and most important step, in detoxifying your body is to stop contributing to the problem with what you eat. You should avoid processed or fast foods as much as possible and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet in their place.

The next step is to actively detox the body. You can do this with prescription medication, over the counter medication, or an all natural herbal supplement. We recommend the herbal supplements over the other methods, at least initially.

The benefits of herbal supplements are that they are all natural. We always advise a natural solution before trying other methods due to the fact that any chemical you ingest, even helpful ones, have to be processed through the liver.
